European College of Liberal Arts (Germany)
ECLA welcomes applications from students who show a genuine commitment to a liberal education, academic promise, high motivation, a readiness to engage in themes relating to history, literature, philosophy and the visual arts, and strong extracurricular interests that they are willing to share.
It proposes 5-month residencies for excellent scholars to provide a stimulating environment of a multidisciplinary and international group of fellows for promoting the exchange of ideas among potential future academic leaders in the CEE region.

Summer courses
Summer School is a cross-cultural development course, where you have a chance to study in multicultural group and to go deeper into your field.
Interdisciplinary meeting and cooperation of teachers and students, focussing on East- and South-Eastern Europe and dealing with the cultural and intellectual aspects and dimensions of current European integration. Shaping profiles of future executives in different areas such as politics, administration, economy, science and religion.
The 4-week program offers high level European Studies course in the morning and German language courses for the international students in the afternoon. The European Studies courses are held in English and cover legal, political, and economic, but also historical and cultural aspects of the multiple transformations the continent is currently undergoing.
International Summer School in Applied Environmental and Regulatory Economics (5-16.09.2011) (Italy)
The School is designed to offer two weeks “full immersion” in user charges regulation of local public services and is addressed to undergraduate students at their last year, graduate students and officials from the Public Administration (municipalities, counties, regional bodies) and regulatory agencies.
